Blue Gem Trading Co. & Life Savings Refund and Exchange Policy
We are confident that your order will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 15 days from the date of shipment for a refund or exchange, excepting items that have been worn, altered or damaged by the purchaser in any way.
All returned items must be repackaged with the original invoice/receipt and packing materials. In addition, all returned items must be insured by the purchaser in an amount equal to the purchase price After receiving your package, we will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned items. A refund in the amount of the original purchase price minus the initial shipping and handling costs plus an additional 15% restocking fee will be issued within 10 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Gifts to third parties are not refundable, and can only be exchanged.
As above, but if you exchange for another item, the initial shipping and handling fee and the 15% restocking fee will not be imposed.
PLEASE NOTE we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment. Please do not write "jewelry" or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.
We take extra precaution in packing all orders to prevent damage and breakage. In the unlikely event that your order does arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
Shipping will be by United States Post Office First Class, Priority Mail, or UPS on all packages under $1000. UPS 2nd day air will be used on all packages over $1000. On those $1000 orders we will need to know if you are shipping to a residence or business, and there will be a requirement for an adult signature at any residence. There can be no exceptions to this rule because of the policy of our insurance company.
